Workshops

Workshops form a fundamental part of most programmes. These consist of groups of 4 – 8 people of similar levels of experience and learning objectives.

Part of the success of the workshops lies with the pre course preparation and planning. This ensures the process is not haphazard and that there is a logical and defined strategy right from the start.

All workshops are 100% tailored to the needs of the delegates and to meet organisational objectives. This involves detailed discussion and goal setting before any work begins.

The workshops themselves are part theory, part practical with a strong emphasis on interaction and involvement. Tangible action plans for performance improvement are always put in place. Open and honest feedback is strongly encouraged.

Notes are supplied and post course follow up is an essential part of performance improvement. Relevant managers are strongly encouraged to become as involved as possible with ongoing coaching.
