Julia Lee is currently based in Sydney, though she has recently conducted business and sales programmes in Melbourne, New Zealand and Europe.

Her passion for an inspirational approach to business training was born out of her work leading sales teams on newspapers and magazines in the UK, starting in 1990.

She has worked with organisations on numerous and varied projects from sales
performance development to inter departmental communication.

Julia’s strengths as a facilitator lie in her ability to relate to the issues that people
genuinely face and to create tailored, stretching, productive and fun programmes that
are based in the real world.

She has successfully delivered performance solutions on many different projects across
a number of market sectors, working with national and international corporations.
